Monthly management fee

As your trusted property manager, our monthly management fees are designed to offer transparency and affordability. We cap our fees at 5% of the monthly rent or $150 per unit which ever is lower, ensuring you receive exceptional service without exceeding a reasonable cost. This approach guarantees fairness and flexibility, tailored to the needs of property owners like you.

Leasing move-in fee

Our leasing fee is equivalent to 50% of one month's rent, payable as a one-time fee due upon move-in. This straightforward approach ensures clarity and convenience for tenants, facilitating a smooth transition into their new home.

Tenant renewal fee

Our tenant renewal fee is a flat rate of $100, applicable each time a tenant chooses to lease for an additional term. This fee provides a hassle-free renewal process and demonstrates our commitment to fostering long-term tenant relationships.

Monthly Statments

Each month, you will receive a detailed statement outlining the income and expenses associated with each of your properties.

Direct Deposit

Each month, rental proceeds from your properties will be directly deposited into your bank account.

Residential:
